How do I track my order?

You can track your order via the confirmation email you received, or by logging into your account and visiting Order History.

What is your return policy?

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days. Custom or engraved pieces can only be returned if damaged or defective.

How do I submit my audio file?

After checkout you'll receive secure upload instructions for your voice memo, heartbeat, or soundwave file (MP3, WAV, or M4A).
